Foreman – Joinery & Fitout

About the role

The Foreman will lead the installation of joinery and fit‑out works on construction sites, ensuring high‑quality workmanship and strict adherence to project timelines. This role combines hands‑on carpentry expertise with team leadership to deliver finished interiors that meet design specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of cabinetry, wardrobes, doors, and paneling according to approved shop drawings.
• Allocate daily tasks, monitor productivity, and manage attendance of carpenters and helpers.
• Inspect work during and after installation, correcting defects before handover.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment; report shortages to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Enforce site safety rules and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Introduce modern tools and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Trade certificate or diploma in carpentry, joinery, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in joinery installation and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
• Effective communication skills in Arabic and/or English.
