Foundation Stage Teacher

About the role

The Foundation Stage Teacher will plan and deliver engaging learning experiences for young children, following the British EYFS framework. This role involves creating a safe and stimulating classroom environment and working closely with families and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver learning activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Create a nurturing, safe classroom that supports children’s development.
• Observe, assess and document each child’s progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to promote wellbeing and development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education or a related field (or equivalent).
• CACHE Level 3 or equivalent Early Years qualification (considered).
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child‑centred learning.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of French or Arabic is an advantage.
• Warm, patient, creative and passionate about working with young children.
