About the role
Join Hamilton Bradshaw to set up or scale your own professional services business built on Trust Capital – respect, reputation and relationships. You will lead strategy, commercial development and day‑to‑day operations to achieve sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own business performance, budgets and profitability.
- Win new business and strengthen long‑term client relationships.
- Recruit, develop and lead a high‑performing team.
- Improve service delivery, operational discipline and credit control.
- Maintain strong governance and report progress to the board.
Required profile
- Proven record of growing revenue and managing profitability.
- Experience leading teams and developing senior talent.
- Strong business development and client relationship skills.
- Sound commercial judgement and financial discipline.
- Approach built on integrity, accountability and collaboration.
