About the role
Edenred UAE is seeking a Fraud Analyst to join its fast‑growing payroll services team. The role focuses on early‑stage fraud detection, reviewing suspicious cases and identifying red flags across customer and transaction data.
Key responsibilities
- Perform early‑stage review of transactions and customer activity to detect potential fraud.
- Investigate suspicious cases, document findings and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate investigations with internal teams, law‑enforcement agencies and external partners when required.
- Maintain accurate case logs, evidence records and support audit and reporting activities.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of fraud patterns and regulatory requirements in the payments sector.
- Effective communication skills to document investigations and liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
