About the role
This freelance Business Development Executive role focuses on recruitment and manpower services in Dubai, UAE. The partner will expand the business by building long‑term relationships with employers that have ongoing staffing needs.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new employer accounts across sectors such as logistics, construction, hospitality, security and manufacturing.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with UAE employers.
- Generate qualified employer meetings and convert them into recruitment business.
- Focus on companies with ongoing manpower requirements.
Required profile
- Proven business development or sales experience in the UAE.
- Existing relationships with UAE companies are a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation and self‑motivation.
- Ability to describe UAE business development experience and reachable companies.
What we offer
- Performance‑based commission with incentives for qualified employer meetings.
- Pay range of AED 2,086.20 – AED 10,000 per month (no heavy fixed salary).
