About the role
Think Realty, a leading Dubai brokerage, is looking for a motivated French‑speaking Real Estate Agent to join its Al Barsha office. You will work with high‑value buyers and sellers, focusing on Dubai’s prime property market.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations and client presentations.
- Deliver exceptional service to an international client base.
- Leverage company marketing, technical, conveyancing and admin support.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
- Self‑driven, well‑presented and ambitious.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; commission‑only compensation.
- Real‑estate experience in Dubai is preferred but not mandatory.

- Commission up to 70% uncapped with three monthly payouts.
