French‑Speaking Project Manager – Services (Dubai)

About the role

SIDEL is seeking a French‑speaking Project Manager to lead services projects from offer preparation through to project close‑out in Dubai. You will act as the main liaison between customers, internal product divisions and the sales team, ensuring solutions meet client needs and deliver high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer requests, translate needs into complete solutions and support the sales team with proposals and presentations.
• Register projects in SAP, initiate projects with customers and after‑sales managers, and create detailed schedules.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, assess risks and coordinate with business units to launch the correct parts and monitor delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments, set mitigation plans and continuously track quality, cost and timeline performance.
• Manage project crises, report weekly progress and arrange logistics for parts packaging, consolidation and shipping.
• Plan resources for installation, coordinate HSE&S measures, organise on‑site logistics and support the installation team.
• Maintain punch‑list items, ensure technical acceptance and oversee the closing phase, including root‑cause analysis, invoicing, database updates and customer satisfaction surveys.

Required profile

• Engineering background with at least 3 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Fluent French is mandatory; strong English communication skills required.
