Front Desk Agent – Executive Lounge

About the role
The Front Desk Agent in the Executive Lounge delivers personalized, high‑touch service to guests, creating memorable experiences throughout their stay. Working a 4‑on/4‑off schedule with 12‑hour shifts (19:30‑07:30), you will be the primary point of contact for lounge guests at The Ritz‑Carlton, Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs, handle guest requests, complete reports and share local area highlights.
- Ensure guest check‑in and check‑out processes run smoothly and coordinate with other hotel departments.
- Assist with luggage handling and provide concierge‑style recommendations.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, uphold quality standards and present a professional appearance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior hospitality or supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
