Front Desk Agent – Russian Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Front Desk Agent who speaks Russian to join our hospitality team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering personalized service from arrival through departure and ensuring every stay is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, achieving high satisfaction.
• Greet guests by name, escort them to rooms, and conduct hotel familiarisation.
• Assist with enquiries about hotel activities, local attractions, and services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel rates, occupancy, promotions, and local information.
• Accurately process check‑in/check‑out, manage incidental charges, and follow Front Desk cashiering standards.
• Protect guest privacy and adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in hospitality or related field.
• Previous experience in a hotel Front Office department.
• Excellent written and verbal English; fluency in Russian.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS (or similar Front Office system).
• General computer literacy.
