Front Desk Receptionist – Abu Dhabi Airport

About the role

Join Premier Inn’s front‑office team at Abu Dhabi International Airport and be the first friendly face that welcomes our guests. You will manage check‑in and check‑out processes, handle payments, and ensure a smooth, memorable stay for travelers in a fast‑paced airport environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, visitors and suppliers, answering phone calls in line with brand standards.
• Provide information on promotions, room rates, local activities and events.
• Process reservations, cancellations and payments accurately following cash‑handling procedures.
• Identify corporate leads and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Monitor online guest feedback, promote positive mentions and suggest improvements.
• Perform general office duties such as correspondence, email handling and filing.
• Maintain reception supplies and stationery stock.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments for prompt resolution.
• Ensure guest safety according to established safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience as a hotel receptionist in a front‑office setting.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, organized and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera PMS (Property Management System).
