Front Desk Receptionist – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and messaging platforms while maintaining a courteous and helpful tone.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service through calls, chats, and digital channels.
• Respond to inquiries with accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Manage customer concerns, complaints, and requests calmly and solution‑oriented.
• Document all interactions in the system promptly.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow communication guidelines, SOPs, and service‑level standards.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English with a professional tone.
• Ability to speak Arabic and/or Tagalog is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or call‑center environments preferred.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Professional attitude, patience, and a customer‑first mindset.
• Any nationality may apply and must be able to start within 1‑2 weeks.
