About the role

Join Bodytree Studio as the first and last point of contact for clients at the new Reformer Pilates studio in Galleria Mall. You will create a premium welcome experience, convert trial visits into memberships, and maintain the studio’s immaculate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every client by name, manage check‑in, and orient first‑timers to the studio and equipment.
• Convert enquiries, walk‑ins, and introductory offers into memberships and package sales, meeting individual sales targets.
• Maintain studio presentation: reset and wipe reformers, stock towels and amenities, keep changing rooms and reception spotless, and report maintenance issues.
• Handle inbound client communication via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social DMs with fast, on‑brand responses.
• Manage bookings, waitlists, cancellations, and membership administration in the booking system.
• Prepare and serve coffee and smoothies at the wellness bar, ensuring hygiene, presentation, and stock levels.

Required profile

• Warm, energetic, and commercially confident personality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting conversion targets.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining premium studio standards.
• Ability to work closely with instructors and report to the Studio Manager.
