Front Office Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

As a Front Office Agent at Atlantis The Palm Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check‑ins and check‑outs while delivering personalized service throughout their stay. You will work in a fast‑moving, luxury environment where attention to detail and a passion for hospitality are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently, handling all cashiering transactions accurately.
• Provide information and assistance to guests, addressing special requests and requirements.
• Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to resolve guest issues promptly.
• Assist with night‑audit procedures and ensure compliance with hotel policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a front office, reception, or guest service role within a luxury property.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for service delivery.
• Ability to converse in additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French, or German is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera or a similar hotel reservations system.
