About the role

BlackStone eIT is looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to lead the design, development and deployment of scalable web applications. You will work with cross‑functional teams, mentor junior developers and ensure high‑quality software delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead full‑stack development, enforcing best practices in code quality and architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliver on schedule.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them where appropriate.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of full‑stack development experience.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Strong problem‑solving, organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

  • React 18, TypeScript, hooks, context, performance optimization.
  • Data‑visualisation libraries: Recharts, D3.js, Chart.js.
  • Tailwind CSS, responsive design, CSS Grid/Flexbox.
  • Figma‑to‑code implementation.
  • MSAL.js for Azure AD authentication.
  • REST API integration (fetch/axios), error handling, optimistic updates.
  • State management with React Query or Zustand.
  • GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
  • Testing with Vitest and React Testing Library.
  • Real‑time data with WebSocket or SSE.
  • Backend.NET Core, C#, Node.js.
  • Frontend frameworks: Angular, Vue.js.
  • Database design: SQL, NoSQL.
  • Version control with Git and Agile/Scrum methodology.
