About the role
The Bartender at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Dubai plays a key part in creating memorable guest experiences. As a Guest Service Expert you will deliver high‑quality food and beverage service, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and uphold the brand’s standards of professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders to the kitchen, and serve guests with friendly, attentive service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, work surfaces, and supplies throughout the shift.
- Read and verify menu items, manage drink orders, and ensure accurate presentation of beverages.
- Follow company policies, uphold quality standards, and maintain a professional appearance and uniform.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lb unaided (or 50 lb with assistance), and moving safely on varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
