Full-time Jiu-Jitsu Instructor – Abu Dhabi

About the role

PETER MACX FITNESS is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Jiu‑Jitsu Instructor to lead classes for a diverse community in Abu Dhabi. You will deliver structured training sessions for all ages and skill levels, ensuring safety, technique mastery, and progressive development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Jiu‑Jitsu lessons tailored to various age groups and abilities.
• Demonstrate techniques, supervise drilling and sparring, and provide individualized feedback.
• Monitor student progress, maintain a clean and safe training environment, and enforce gym policies.
• Participate in workshops, events, and promotional activities to grow the program.

Required profile

• Recognized Jiu‑Jitsu belt rank (purple belt or higher) with strong technical knowledge.
• Proven experience teaching or coaching Jiu‑Jitsu or other martial arts.
• Understanding of training safety, injury prevention, and appropriate warm‑up/conditioning methods.
• Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of personal fitness, punctuality, reliability, and professionalism.
