About the role
Join the vibrant team at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel in Dubai as a Waiter. You will be the front‑line hospitality ambassador, delivering prompt and courteous service to guests in our food and beverage outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Provide accurate menu and beverage information, answering guest queries.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment.
- Uphold guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant service.
- Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Required skills
- English language proficiency.
