Full‑Time Business Management Faculty (Fall 2025‑2026)

About the role

The College of Business Administration at the American University in the Emirates seeks qualified scholars to join its full‑time faculty for the Fall 2025‑2026 semester. Appointees will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Business Management and contribute to the college’s research and service missions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 12 credit hours of instruction per semester across designated specializations.
• Design, update, and assess curricula and course materials.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
• Participate in departmental committees, accreditation activities, and community outreach.
• Maintain an active research agenda, publish in indexed journals, and seek collaborative projects.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Management from an accredited university (U.S. or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years teaching or related experience at an internationally accredited institution.
• At least three Scopus‑indexed journal articles (or five peer‑reviewed articles) published within the last five years.
• Excellent proficiency in English (required) and Arabic (preferred) for instruction and communication.

Required skills

• Curricular development and review.
• Record of peer‑reviewed publications and ongoing research.
• Ability to integrate web‑based and digital technologies into classroom teaching.
• Strong written and oral communication in English (and Arabic).
