About the role
This full‑time on‑site position involves greeting and serving guests at Mezzanine Bar & Kitchen in Dubai, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests, providing efficient food and beverage service.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area and manage table settings.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food & beverage and service practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude and fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
