Full‑Time Waitress – Dubai

About the role

Organic Pizza is looking for a friendly and attentive waitress to join our Dubai restaurant team. You will play a key part in delivering a memorable dining experience for every guest, from greeting them to handling payments.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, escort them to their tables and present menus.
• Explain menu items, portion sizes, ingredients and address allergy concerns.
• Set up tables with linens, silverware, and glasses, and keep the dining area tidy.
• Inform guests about daily specials and suggest menu recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS ordering system.
• Verify age for alcoholic beverages and communicate orders to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and beverages, deliver checks, and process payments.
• Clear used dishes and return them to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Participate in briefings on specials, menu changes, and reservation details.
• Follow health department regulations and provide excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress.
• Comfort with cash registers and ordering information systems.
• Basic math ability and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Team spirit and flexibility to work various shifts.
• High school diploma; food‑safety training is a plus.
