Furnace Operator – Reheating Furnaces

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Furnace Operator to manage and monitor our reheating furnaces in Abu Dhabi, ensuring safe and efficient production while maintaining high quality and environmental standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor walking‑hearth and gas‑fired reheating furnaces.
- Control furnace temperature, process parameters, and billet flow.
- Perform routine inspections, detect equipment faults and coordinate corrective actions with maintenance.
- Maintain accurate operational records and ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimise furnace performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating reheating furnaces.
- Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
