Furniture Quality Controller

About the role

The Quality Controller ensures furniture items meet the required quality standards before delivery, performing inspections, repairs and refinishing to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing furniture for damage, defects and compliance with brand standards.
• Identify appropriate corrective actions and execute repairs such as wood repairs, refinishing, spraying, upholstery and leather work.
• Repair and refurbish returned items and merchandise with quality issues.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and discipline standards in the work area.
• Communicate product defects to the buying team and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required profile

• High school certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in furniture or home‑retail environments.
• Strong command of English.
• Proven experience with carpentry and furniture repairs.
