Garment Merchandiser & Coordinator

About the role

A Dubai‑based company specialising in uniforms and apparel is seeking an experienced Garment Merchandiser & Coordinator. This hands‑on position manages garment orders while providing strong administrative and coordination support, acting as the main liaison between clients, suppliers, factories and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client enquiries, quotations, samples, approvals, orders and deliveries.
• Liaise with clients, fabric and trim suppliers, factories and internal teams.
• Follow up on fabric, trims, sizing, samples, production, quality and delivery timelines.
• Maintain order trackers, critical paths, production schedules and client records.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, reports, presentations and other documents.
• Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them early.
• Support general administration and keep digital files organised.

Required profile

• Previous garment merchandising experience within the uniform, apparel or fashion industry.
• Practical knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, sampling, production and quality requirements.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Proactive working style with minimal supervision.
