About the role
We are looking for a General Counsel to provide clear legal judgement on important business decisions. This part‑time, hybrid role offers flexibility while allowing you to influence governance, contracts and risk management.
Key responsibilities
- Advise leadership on legal considerations related to business plans and operations.
- Oversee contract review, negotiation and agreement management.
- Guide corporate governance, policy and legal documentation processes.
- Identify legal risks and recommend proportionate mitigation steps.
- Coordinate external counsel and manage specialist legal matters.
Required profile
- Substantial professional experience in a legal function, law firm or senior in‑house role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a relevant legal background.
- Strong judgement, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
