General Housekeeping Associate – Fujairah

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated General Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Emaar in Fujairah. In this role you will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, corridors, lift landings, pantries and other public areas according to hotel standards.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Adhere to all operational procedures, health and safety guidelines, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a similar housekeeping role within a 5‑star hotel.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer‑first mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
