About the role

We are looking for a General Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of our building’s infrastructure. The role involves performing both preventive and corrective maintenance across a range of systems, responding quickly to breakdowns, and keeping detailed records of all activities.

Key responsibilities

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on building equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
Inspect assets, identify maintenance needs, and plan interventions.
Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and urgent maintenance requests.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work.

Required profile

Relevant technical qualification or certification.
Previous experience in general building or facility maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
