General Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a General Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of our building’s infrastructure. The role involves performing both preventive and corrective maintenance across a range of systems, responding quickly to breakdowns, and keeping detailed records of all activities.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on building equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
• Inspect assets, identify maintenance needs, and plan interventions.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and urgent maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work.

Required profile

• Relevant technical qualification or certification.
• Previous experience in general building or facility maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
