General Manager - Cybersecurity Services

About the role

The General Manager will lead the Cybersecurity Services practice in Dubai, overseeing the full P&L for the GCC region. Reporting to global leadership, you will drive business development, build a high‑performing technical team, and nurture C‑level relationships across government and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Own country‑level P&L, delivering revenue growth, margin improvement and cash performance.
• Develop and execute a country strategy to increase market penetration and competitive positioning.
• Manage channel partners and vendors, aligning joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives, including order‑to‑cash, service delivery and logistics, in partnership with regional teams.
• Drive quarterly performance through pipeline management, forecasting and cost control.
• Build, inspire and retain a local team, fostering a culture of trust, diversity and accountability.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of commercial leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record growing markets in IT, cybersecurity or distribution.
• Deep understanding of customer dynamics, partner ecosystems and local regulations in the UAE and KSA.
• Fluent in English and the local market language.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a C‑level network.
