General Manager – Employer of Record (EOR)

About the role

Deel is looking for a seasoned General Manager to lead its Employer of Record (EOR) business unit. You will own the strategy, growth trajectory, and operational excellence of the company’s largest revenue‑generating segment, driving global scale and expansion into new verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the EOR business strategy aligned with Deel’s overall mission.
• Lead P&L responsibility, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
• Scale operations across existing and new markets while maintaining compliance and service quality.
• Identify and enter new industry verticals and geographic regions.
• Build and mentor cross‑functional teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and legal teams to enhance the EOR offering.
