Area Sales Manager

About the role

The Area Sales Manager will work closely with operation and local teams to ensure smooth order follow‑up, sales forecasting and budget management across markets. The role involves close collaboration with Brand Managers, retailers and finance to drive profitability and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with operation and local teams to track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, budgets and quarterly revisions in partnership with Finance.
• Monitor sales, orders and stock levels together with Brand Managers and retailers.
• Ensure distribution profitability by regularly reviewing POS performance.
• Implement brand strategy and growth plans with Brand Managers in each market.
• Develop and motivate the sales force, including beauty advisors, supervisors and team leaders.
• Participate in managing the distribution network, including commercial negotiations and evaluating profitability and image.
• Collaborate with architecture and retailer teams to enhance distribution.
• Spend 70% of time in the field with brand managers and sales teams.
• Recruit and develop sales staff, monitor performance and manage staff expenses.

Required profile

• Post‑graduated degree from a business school or university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution networks, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of the F&B industry with luxury/selective distribution sensitivity.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic and/or French are a plus.
