About the role
Lead multi‑site operations and commercial performance for a fast‑growing health‑focused F&B concept in Dubai. Drive brand growth, new‑store openings and the development of scalable systems.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee P&L, budgets, COGS, labor costs, wastage and operating expenses across all locations.
- Manage and develop Store Managers and operational teams, establishing SOPs, reporting structures and supplier processes.
- Evaluate sites, plan pre‑opening activities and launch new stores.
Required profile
- 8+ years total F&B experience in café, QSR, beverage or hospitality concepts.
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial role with responsibility for at least four Store Managers.
- Hands‑on experience developing and implementing SOPs, operational standards and KPIs.
