General Manager – Fitness Club (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of the fastest‑growing fitness brands in Dubai. This hands‑on operational leadership role combines commercial acumen with a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing club team.
• Drive membership growth, retention and overall commercial success.
• Oversee daily operational standards and club performance.
• Ensure compliance, safety and exceptional service delivery.
• Create a culture of accountability, positivity and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Based in Dubai, elsewhere in the UAE (relocation possible) or an international candidate willing to relocate.
• Proven experience managing a successful fitness club or leisure facility.
• Demonstrated commercial and operational performance.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambitious, growing organisation.

• Base salary AED 15,000 per month plus performance bonus up to AED 2,500 per club.
• Clear progression to a multi‑site leadership role within 9–12 months (AED 20,000 + AED 6,000 per club bonus).
