General Manager – Founder Community Club

About the role

YP Club is a private members’ club for serious founders, and the General Manager will run the Dubai location autonomously. You will be the face of the club, ensuring every founder feels known, engaged, and supported through curated events and personal outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Present at every event, host and introduce guests, and run curated dinners from onboarding to regular meetings.
• Maintain member relationships through welcome calls, check‑ins, renewal conversations, and proactive outreach to members who drift.
• Run the monthly Committee meeting, manage venue relationships, control event budgets, and keep at least one member‑focused event on the calendar each week.
• Document every event, recording, and club news in the admin panel and keep the partner directory up to date.
• Collaborate with Resident Coaches to support the Circle peer‑group programme and intervene early when groups need help.

Required profile

• Proven experience running a community or members’ club of around thirty founders, delivering regular high‑value networking events.
• Strong relationship‑building skills at scale, with attention to detail and the ability to secure busy founders’ time without being intrusive.
• Disciplined in operational tasks: accurate record‑keeping, timely venue payments, and budget management.
• Clear written communication and comfortable using AI tools to streamline work.
• Ability to converse confidently with founders running seven‑figure businesses, balancing professionalism and approachability.
