Future WorkPlace is seeking a General Manager to lead its Dubai operations. The role combines strategic planning, operational oversight and client relationship management to drive growth in the workplace solutions market.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across furniture and flooring projects.
• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals.
• Improve operational procedures and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Manage budgets, conduct financial analysis and monitor performance metrics.
• Lead, motivate and develop cross‑functional teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Track market trends, identify growth opportunities and implement innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and decision‑making experience in a senior role.
• Strong strategic planning, operational management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of market trends and ability to spot growth opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• Track record of business success, preferably in the furniture, flooring or workplace solutions industry.
