About the role
The General Manager position is a remote, part‑time role responsible for overseeing the operational and administrative functions of the college. You will coordinate academic and support services, manage budgets and resources, and ensure policies are effectively implemented.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor performance metrics and support strategic planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to address operational issues and improve processes.
- Enhance stakeholder communication and align activities with the institution’s mission and long‑term goals.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in general management or administration, preferably in education.
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
