General Manager – Lebanese Restaurant

About the role

Addmind is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead BE BABEL, a modern Lebanese dining concept on Palm Jumeirah. The role involves full‑cycle responsibility for operations, guest experience, commercial performance and team development in a premium, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring consistent quality, service standards and brand compliance.
• Drive operational efficiency, identify process improvements and respond to market trends to grow the business.
• Maintain a visible, hands‑on presence on the floor, especially during peak periods and special events.
• Manage financial performance: monitor sales, labour, food & beverage costs, stock, wastage and profitability against budgets.
• Develop and execute revenue‑generating initiatives, events and partnerships.
• Lead, coach and develop the management team and wider staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, food safety, hygiene and security standards.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of senior restaurant management experience in premium Lebanese, Levantine or Middle Eastern concepts.
• Native‑level Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing commercial performance, budgets, labour costs and operational KPIs.
• Hands‑on, commercially driven leader with the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
