General Manager – Luxury Lifestyle Dining & Entertainment

About the role

Le Piaf Dubai is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its luxury lifestyle dining and entertainment venue. The role combines high‑end French dining with a vibrant evening entertainment programme, requiring a commercially driven leader who can deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring top‑tier service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage the transition from refined dining to a high‑energy entertainment environment while maintaining operational excellence.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective commercial and operational strategies.
• Control budgets, labour costs, forecasting, P&L, inventory and operational efficiencies to meet financial targets.
• Lead, coach and develop front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.
• Maintain a strong floor presence, building relationships with guests, VIP clientele and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Events to execute activations, special events and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, guest feedback and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, licensing and legal standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of General Manager experience in a luxury, high‑volume hospitality venue.
• Proven track record in managing lifestyle restaurants, premium dining concepts, supper clubs or entertainment‑led venues.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality, guest engagement and VIP service standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in environments that combine fine dining with live entertainment.
