General Manager – Mandarin Required

About the role

TERMINAX, a fast‑growing global manufacturer of Paint Protection Film, Window Film and automotive surface protection solutions, is looking for an entrepreneurial General Manager to launch and grow its UAE operations. The role will lead market expansion, build local partnerships and oversee all sales, operations and administrative activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy for the UAE market.
• Build and manage distributor, dealer and installer networks.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Establish relationships with key customers, industry partners and trade associations.
• Lead local sales, operations and administrative functions.
• Recruit, train and manage a growing local team.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Prepare business reports, forecasts and strategic recommendations for headquarters.
• Represent TERMINAX at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of management, business development or sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record of developing new markets and building business operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and professional English proficiency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment.
