General Manager – Middle East

About the role

We are seeking a General Manager to lead our Middle East operations from Dubai. The role is responsible for driving strategic growth, delivering financial performance, and acting as the company’s ambassador to external stakeholders while shaping regional culture and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy aligned with sales and partner execution.
• Own the country P&L, delivering targets for revenue, EBIT, DSO and cash flow.
• Set and manage the country budget, forecast, and operating cadence.
• Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Foster high engagement levels and a strong team culture.
• Represent the organization with customers, partners and other external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of commercial leadership experience in‑country with full P&L accountability.
• Proven track record growing markets in cybersecurity, IT or distribution sectors.
• Deep understanding of customer dynamics, partner ecosystems and local regulations.
• Fluent in English and the local market language.
• Strong communicator with demonstrated leadership in matrixed environments.
