Sales Executive – Corporate

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Sales Executive – Corporate to join our growing team in Dubai. You will identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate sector, build strategic relationships with key decision‑makers, and drive revenue growth through consultative, solution‑based selling.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new corporate business opportunities through strategic outreach and market analysis.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations, product demonstrations, and detailed proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in CRM systems and provide regular forecasting reports.
• Collaborate with internal product, service delivery, and support teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic initiatives.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the corporate sector.
• Strong understanding of corporate buying cycles, procurement practices, and decision‑making processes.
• Excellent negotiation, closing, and presentation skills with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented mindset with strong work ethic and resilience.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
