General Manager – Middle East

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Middle East operations from Dubai. The role combines entrepreneurial leadership with strong execution capabilities to drive strategic growth and financial performance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own the country P&L, delivering revenue, EBIT, DSO and cash‑flow targets.
• Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy aligned with sales and partner teams.
• Maintain a clear country budget, forecast and operating cadence.
• Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the company ambassador for external stakeholders, shaping culture and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with regional and functional teams to guarantee operational and service excellence.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of commercial leadership with full P&L accountability.
• Proven experience growing markets in cybersecurity, IT or distribution sectors.
• Deep understanding of customer dynamics, partner ecosystems and local regulations.
• Fluent in English and the local market language.
• Strong communicator with demonstrated leadership in matrixed environments.
