General Manager – Ultra‑Luxury Hotel in Dubai

About the role

The position offers full leadership of a prestigious 5‑star hotel in Dubai, responsible for guest experience, brand positioning, people, operations and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assume full P&L responsibility, drive revenue, GOP and profitability while monitoring RevPAR, ADR and occupancy.
• Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring luxury standards across rooms, F&B, spa, housekeeping and guest relations.
• Lead and inspire the Executive Committee, build a high‑performance multicultural workforce and develop succession plans.
• Work closely with sales, marketing and revenue teams to strengthen market positioning and create innovative guest experiences.

Required profile

• 15+ years of international hospitality experience with significant General Manager or Hotel Manager leadership.
• Proven track record in ultra‑luxury 5‑star properties, full P&L responsibility and commercial/revenue management.
• Strong knowledge of rooms and F&B operations and experience managing large multicultural teams.
• Excellent English; previous Middle East experience and pre‑opening or transformation projects are a strong advantage.
