About the role
This position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences within the children’s recreation area (VAJ). You will supervise indoor and outdoor activities year‑round, ensuring every guest leaves as a happy fan of the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and conduct children’s activities both indoor and outdoor throughout the year.
- Ensure all kids‑club associates, areas and activities meet EHG standards.
- Deliver flawless service from guest welcome to farewell, preventing complaints and handling service recovery when needed.
- Communicate proactively with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising guest interests.
- Maintain operational tasks in line with service standards and procedures.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Minimum one‑year experience in a similar role at a 5‑star hospitality property.
- Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- High school diploma required; a college degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
