General Repair Technician

About the role

The General Repair Technician performs service and maintenance on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, ensuring repairs meet company and manufacturer standards while contributing to revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct repairs and maintenance including oil changes, tyre services, brake replacement, and air‑conditioning re‑gas on all makes and models.
• Complete check sheets, vehicle write‑ups and provide repair estimations to customers.
• Use diagnostic and electronic inspection tools such as Intelligent Testers and scan tools.
• Maintain tools, equipment and vehicle inventory, and ensure a safe, clean work environment.

Required profile

• Trade Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience servicing cars and light commercial vehicles.
• UAE clean driving licence preferred.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic or other languages a plus.

Required skills

• Oil change, tyre replacement/balancing/puncture repair.
• Brake replacement and basic diagnostics of mechanical and electronic faults.
• Air‑conditioning re‑gas and use of Intelligent Testers and scan tools.
