About the role
Penspen is seeking a General Site Superintendent (Offshore) to lead construction, installation and marine operations on offshore sites in the UAE and Khafji, Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily construction activities on offshore projects.
- Oversee installation processes and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Coordinate marine operations and logistics for offshore sites.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or another engineering discipline.
- At least 12 years of overall experience, with 6 years on major oil & gas/petrochemical projects.
- Proven experience in offshore projects, including commissioning, operation and start‑up phases.
- Previous involvement in ARAMCO projects is mandatory.
