About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team in Dubai as a General Technician, where you’ll ensure the safety, functionality, and comfort of the property while delivering memorable guest experiences. This full‑time position focuses on maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities, ensuring physical functionality and safety across guest rooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑house areas.
• Respond promptly to guest calls and internal work orders, handling service requests efficiently.
• Perform a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry work.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections regularly to identify and address potential issues.
• Document all maintenance activities, recording inspections, repairs, and flagging items that need further attention.
