Global Director, Business Process and Partnerships

About the role

The Global Director, Business Process and Partnerships aligns business processes, partner governance and customer implementation with Aramex's strategic and operational objectives. The role sets end-to-end process standards, strengthens partner agent and franchisee governance, embeds the Aramex Way and ensures systematic onboarding of new customers across the global network. It can be based in Dubai, UAE or Pune, India, depending on the selected candidate and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Establish an enterprise business process framework with ownership, standards, controls, documentation and governance routines, and design process maps, workflows, playbooks and decision rights.
• Define criteria and due diligence for selecting and onboarding partner agents and franchisees, set scorecards and KPIs, and lead performance dialogues and improvement plans.
• Create a global framework for customer onboarding, including stages, controls, readiness criteria, handovers and post-implementation reviews, and build playbooks and training materials.
• Lead the development of the Aramex Way, champion Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC, and use data analysis and root-cause problem solving to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate performance reviews, create dashboards tracking performance, risks and actions, and turn network data and customer feedback into improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for digitisation, automation and responsible AI, lead cross-functional process redesign, and manage change across geographies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field; master's preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in business process management, operational excellence, transformation or partner management.
• Experience in a Tier 1 global logistics, transportation or supply chain organisation strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional transformation across multiple geographies.
• Experience governing partner, franchise or agent operating models highly desirable.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel across the Aramex network as required.
