Global Tax VP

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to lead our global tax function. This senior position will shape tax strategy across multiple jurisdictions and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement global tax strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Ensure compliance with international tax regulations and reporting standards.
• Lead tax planning initiatives to optimise the company’s tax position.
• Oversee preparation and filing of tax returns in multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors on tax-related matters.
• Monitor legislative changes and assess business impact.
• Manage tax audits and relationships with tax authorities.
• Provide strategic tax advice on mergers, acquisitions and other transactions.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in global tax strategy and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of international tax regulations and reporting standards.
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
