About the role
Global Technology Lead Engineer for Front End, responsible for the technical aspects of digital product journeys within the Retail Banking Group’s Loans Digital Squad.
Key responsibilities
- Govern engineering work across all countries within the squad’s scope.
- Prioritize tasks based on context and provide technical guidance.
- Maintain a technical knowledge base, write tutorials and provide training.
Required profile
- Helicopter view of projects with the ability to set priorities.
- Go‑to person for the team when encountering technical challenges.
Required skills
- Mastery of multiple front‑end engineering languages and techniques.
- Sets coding standards and continuously improves code quality for junior and senior engineers.
