Test & Quality Associate

About the role

Zurich Workplace Solutions is seeking a Test & Quality Associate to join its Dubai team. You will help ensure the quality and reliability of technology solutions by supporting test planning, execution, defect management and quality assurance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain test strategies, plans, cases and scenarios based on business requirements.
• Execute functional, integration, regression and user‑acceptance testing according to schedule.
• Document results, log defects, track and support their resolution using testing tools.
• Collaborate with business, technology and cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Participate in defect triage meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Develop methods to optimise QA processes and improve testing efficiency.
• Support automation testing by creating and maintaining automated scripts and frameworks.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and troubleshooting to improve product quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test design techniques and defect management.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
